A. Krill oil is relatively new to the scientific arena and is known for its omega-3, antioxidant and phospholipid content. Krill oil contains both omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in low quantity, but as a supplement is relatively safe. Please avoid if allergic to shellfish or seafood.
