Try making her favorite facial mask and scrub from items found in your own kitchen! Donna shows you how to have beautiful skin without stretching your pocket book! (www.donnaspangler.com)
YOGURT BANANA MASK
2 tsps Yogurt (Yogurt adds enzymes and oils to the skin, working as a natural moisturizer, improving overall skin texture and give you that yummy healthy glow)
1/2 Banana (Bananas are also loading with soothing properties that help in reducing skin inflammation)
1 tsp Honey (Honey's ability to absorb and retain moisture which makes it a wonderful ingredient in a lot of cosmetics)
Mash 1/2 banana with 2 tablespoons yogurt. Add 1 tsp of honey and stir until smooth. Apply evenly and let sit on face for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
OATMEAL SCRUB
1 tbsp Ground Oatmeal (Use steel cut oats, not instant. Oatmeal soothes, tones and hydrates)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (Antibacterial properties in lemon juice help with clearing acne and dirt)
1 tsp yogurt (Yogurt adds enzymes and oils to the skin, working as a natural moisturizer, improving overall skin texture and give you that yummy healthy glow)
Mix all ingredients together and apply to face while lightly scrubbing with your fingers. Let the ingredients sit on your face for a few minutes and then wash off with warm water.
