During this season of celebration, we focus on giving to others. Many physicians not only have full-time practices but also give many hours in service to nonprofit organizations, ministries, and foundations.
Dr. Andrew Ordon, whom you know from the celebrated TV show “The Doctors,” established the "Surgical Friends Foundation" – along with a few of his surgical colleagues – to help individuals who could not otherwise afford important reconstructive surgeries.
The old adage “I complained about having no shoes until I met a man who had no feet” reminds us in this season of giving that there is always someone we can help with our time, our love, our money, and our possessions.
Learn more about Dr. Ordon’s surgical passion here on our website. And follow us on Twitter @RadiusMag, and become a Facebook Fan of Radius Magazine – where you will always find great health news – written by some of the best physicians in the country.
We are grateful for you. May you and your family have a blessed holiday season!

I was so pleasantly amazed to see that there are still many people around who make time and do things which are for the benefit of other people. I am so impressed with Dr. Andrew Ordon.
